 btContinuousConvexCollision implements angular and linear time of impact for convex objects. Based on Brian Mirtich's Conservative Advancement idea (PhD thesis). Algorithm operates in worldspace, in order to keep inbetween motion globally consistent. It uses GJK at the moment.
