Initialize with the text part of the PROTSIM line, or nothing.

Attributes and descriptions (access as LOWER CASE)
ORG=         Organism
PROTGI=      Sequence GI of protein
PROTID=      Sequence ID of protein
PCT=         Percent alignment
ALN=         length of aligned region (aa)
